A simple, but smart Long-sleeved jacket from the Dutch Military. 

Made of 50% cotton / 50% polyester or in the minority of cases, possibly 70% poly/30% cotton, the jacket will wear well whilst being comfortable, stylish and hard-wearing. Its higher cotton content will help ensure heat is retained during windier conditions.
